📦 Returns

Since our products are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your order was incorrect (wrong item/flavor).
  • The product arrived damaged or in poor condition.
  • Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part.

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Share a photo of the issue and a brief explanation via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.

Once reviewed, we’ll offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the item (free of charge).
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the issue.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability to receive the parcel.
